The 'HL' designation stands for High Launch, making this driver an excellent option for players with moderate swing speeds who benefit from getting the ball airborne quickly and easily. Set at 12 degrees of loft, this club is dialed in for optimal trajectory and carry distance. This driver features TaylorMade's iconic Speed Pocket technology along the sole, designed to increase ball speed and improve performance on off-center hits low on the face. The large carbon composite crown helps redistribute weight low and back in the head, promoting a higher launch with lower spin for impressive distance. The adjustable loft sleeve allows for fine-tuning of loft and lie settings to suit individual swing preferences. This driver is fitted with the Kuro Kage 60g graphite shaft in a Stiff flex, as noted in our inventory. The shaft measures 46 inches in length, providing a full-length setup for maximum swing arc and clubhead speed potential. The club head shows visible wear consistent with regular play, including scratches on the crown and face area, as well as some paint chipping along the sole and skirt. The grip is worn and will need to be replaced before play. Despite the cosmetic wear, the club remains structurally sound and fully functional.
