Ping G 2016 SF Tec 3 Wood 16 degree Graphite Alta 65 Regular

Description:

The Ping G 2016 SF Tec 3 Wood is a high-performance fairway wood designed to deliver easy launch and maximum forgiveness for a wide range of golfers. The SF Tec (Straight Flight Technology) designation means this club is engineered with an offset hosel and draw-biased weighting to help reduce a slice and promote a straighter, more consistent ball flight — making it an excellent choice for golfers looking to improve accuracy off the tee or from the fairway. The club features Ping's signature Turbulators on the crown, which are aerodynamic ridges designed to reduce drag through the downswing, helping golfers generate more clubhead speed. The matte black finish on the crown minimizes glare at address while giving the club a clean, modern look. The face shows normal contact wear consistent with regular use, and the club is in good playing condition overall. Fitted with the Ping Alta 65 graphite shaft in Regular flex, this fairway wood is well-suited for players seeking a lightweight, smooth-loading shaft that promotes a higher launch angle and added distance. The club measures 43 inches in length, which falls within standard fairway wood range. The grip shows moderate wear but remains functional for play, though a regrip could be considered based on personal preference. Set at 16 degrees of loft, this 3 Wood sits just above the traditional 15-degree standard, offering a slightly higher launch and easier playability from a variety of lies. A solid option for any golfer looking to add a reliable, forgiving fairway wood to their bag.
