This club is clearly identified by its iconic shield-shaped 'BIG BERTHA' badge with the large red IRONS tab on the cavity back, along with parallel grooves flanked by two vertical framing lines — a hallmark of the 1996 version. The club number '9' is positioned in the middle of the sole, consistent with the 1996 production run. The clubhead shows normal play wear including light surface scratching on the sole and face consistent with regular use. The grooves remain intact and functional.
